Thank you for your purchase(s). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item together with order number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Order Cancellation, do contact us within 24 hours after an online order has been placed. Order cancellation can be made for items priced at SGD50 or more only. We reserve the right to review any order cancellation. While we will make every effort to accommodate order cancellation, please take note that a 5% cancellation admin fee of your order amount applies.
Exchanges can only be accepted if the item is defective due to manufacturing defect or if the item delivered was wrong. Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in. All packaging and tags must be returned for a refund or exchange to be accepted. Please note that minor defects or damages caused by your own negligence will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods specially ordered on behalf, customised products (such as special orders or personalized items), and goods already blessed. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items / Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once approved.
